Sweet Communion
Sweet Communion Write-Ins are free, in-person writing gatherings that create quiet, communal space for Black women to write independently in the presence of one another. Sessions are held in public libraries and community spaces and use the Pomodoro technique to structure uninterrupted writing time.
Tongues of Fire
Tongues of Fire Writing Workshops are free, facilitator-led sessions centered on peer feedback, revision, and skill-building. Participants submit short works-in-progress prior to each workshop and engage in structured critique guided by compassion, confidentiality, and mutual respect. These sessions build confidence, storytelling skill, and intellectual community.
